Posrtvica is one of those deep, shaded and secluded valleys cut into the flysch of Brkini. The pristine nature and crystal-clear water are totally enchanting. The valley is crisscrossed with paths and trails, one of them leading across seven bridges to the valley of Posrtvica.

A short climb leads to Pregarje, the heart of Brkini. Meadows and orchards cover the hills, and you can refresh yourself at one of the most hospitable agritourism farms. The goodies of Brkini are not to be missed!
