The Štemberger farm has been engaged in sheep breeding and cheesemaking for many years. They are mainly dedicated to making products from goat's milk, which is rightly called "white gold". On the farm, you can taste and buy semi-hard and fresh goat cheese, goat cheese spreads with additives (garlic, parsley and olives) and albumen curd. The Štemberger farm have received numerous quality awards for their products, which they are especially proud of. But don’t take our word for it – it is best you visit them and see for yourself!
