in 1719, the Gotnik-Jablanica estate was divided among Elena de Fini's two grandsons. The Gotnik part was acquired by Adam Danijel Lazzarini. He commissioned the construction of new palace-like headquarters at the site of a burnt-down hunting lodge, just southwest of the Zabiče village. In the 19th century, Lazzarini was ruined by debt and the mansion was thus named “Na bobnu”, which in English means “Broke”. Two older outbuildings and a restored chapel have been preserved next to the manor. The mansion features an 18th-century quality marble altar with Venetian influences, and a fascinating holy water font in the shape of a Gothic console stands next to the main entrance. The once impressive manor gardens are now covered by a large meadow.
