On the eastern part of the Mašun forest reserve lie remains of a cute little hunting lodge, a miniature castle with two towers and a tumultuous history. The building was supposed to be the center of forestry, however, peasants perceived it as a threat to their rights, stormed it and destroyed most of the building. A rebuilt lodge was burned in 1919, only to be destroyed again during World War II.
