Fun on legendary bikes for everyone 

Last year's race on pony bikes at Cycling Weekend in Ilirska Bistrica, is after a good response returning to the streets of Ilirska Bistrica.

Right before the main race of professional cyclists, on Saturday, August 10, 2024, on the circular route from the municipal building, via town square and back, enthusiasts of this type of bicycle will have the main say. These are twenty-inch bikes that are not allowed to have gearboxes.

Anyone who passes the technical inspection with their pony can participate in the race (at least one working brake).

Despite the fact that it is a race, the focus is on entertainment for all: participants and spectators. In addition to the fastest, the cyclist with the most original equipment/style will also be awarded.
